We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery — with no restocking fees. This policy applies to all eligible products purchased through www.bartonalb.store.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached and packaging intact
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- For first-time returns or exchanges within the U.S., Bartonalb will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will fully cover the shipping fees.
- For international returns or multiple returns from the same order, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable unless the product was faulty.
4. Exchanges
